Proceed to Staging: There are two staging systems in general use for CLL. Using the Rai classification system, what is the patient's present stage?
|O||Lymphocytosis > 5,000/µL
Bone marrow infiltration >40%
|I||As in O, plus adenopathy||10|
|II||As in O or I, plus splenomegaly and/or hepatomegaly||8|
|III||As in O, I or II, plus anemia (Hb < 11gm%)||2|
|IV||As in O, I, II or III, plus thrombocytopenia
(platelets < 100,000/µL)
