Patient appears mildly tachypneic.

Respiratory rate: 20
BP: 100/60
Pulse: 110
Temperature: 98.7° F (37.06° C)
Pulse oxygen saturation: 95% on room air

She has mild scleral icterus and mild jugular venous distension of the neck veins.
Examination of the lungs reveals crackles on inspiration.
Cardiac exam reveals regular rate and rhythm with S3 gallop.
Abdominal exam negative for organomegaly; extremities reveal bilateral pedal edema.
